Shipping:
Custom orders are typically shipped directly from our fulfillment centers based in Alabama & Louisiana. Some custom orders will ship in more than one shipment. All in stock items are shipped from Covington, Louisiana via UPS or USPS and take 1 - 4 days to arrive depending on the distance from our shop. Local pickup is available. Please email info@newpaperhouse.com to coordinate.
Local Pickup
- LOCAL PICKUP is available to residents of Covington, Louisiana and the surrounding area for certain items. Please select “LOCAL PICKUP” as your shipping option when checking out. Items will be available for pickup within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
Do you accept returns?
- All of my products are semi to fully customizable. For this reason, products cannot be returned unless a mistake was made by the printer. Please be sure to review your proof very carefully for any errors in your customizable information (spelling of names, times, dates etc.). However, if an error is made by the printer, and your custom product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us promptly. If it exceeds 7 days from receiving your items, unfortunately we cannot offer anything.
